  1. Ppl point to Venezuela to prove that a socialist gov cannot work & fails quickly. Coasta Rica proves that it CAN work, as long as it is Socialist Republica. Though I can understand Coasta Rica & Belize not needing an army, I do not understand why Californians want a independent CA to be without an army. Even if Mexico, America, & China were all allies, 2/3 cannot be trusted in the longrun. Mexico wants their land back that they got scwed out of bc the American had get involve in THEIR civil war & THEIR affairs. China may supply guns & equipment, but that means that The Republic of CA owe China big time & CA has oil & perhaps still alittle bitta gold, gving reason for China to pounce, & more reason for Mexico to pounce. A CA without an army or armed civilian population? Even more reason for Mexico & China to not only pounce on CA, but go to war over the land. Niether China or Mexico really care abt the ppl of CA if it come to war over the land. Thats when The USA has to step in to put an end to it all, thus turning it into a 3 way war in & over CA. If thats not bad enough, The UN will step in to claim CA as an international zone or santuary overseen by The UN. Anyway, This woman needs to be CA Gov.

  2. It would be helpful if she went in depth on how Costa Rica maintains its energy and how it was able to start the foundation of it other than "cutting military and spending it on something else". I wanted a more in depth and innovative speech rather than just boasting about a tiny defenseless country that has healthcare and renewable energy rather. Also, the video has nothing to do with the description, all she does is complain about problems and how good it would be if we got rid of them. Pointless, I wasted 10 minutes that I'll never get back.

  3. Walking, bicycles, mass transit and electric vehicles are all part of making cities livable and sustainable.
No emission travel and great exercise.  Here is a terrific video on urban planning and bicycle travel. Anyone that hopes to increase the quality of life in cities should view it.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrI4Sv0djY4 It would be interesting to do a series on urban planning and the changes that technology, electric and autonomous vehicles will bring.

  4. [Awesome Plan Here >>>t.co/z2HakYxvSR ] I love this book – I want to be more eco friendly and this book tells you what equipment you need to install solar panels, a bit of how it works, and how to maintain said solar panels. This is a great introductory book and gives you a rough estimate on how much each equipment would cost, and down to installing them (from location, to how much sunlight you need and getting all the parts to work)

  5. I've never seen as much vehicle pollution in my life as I experienced in Costa Rica. They are not an environmentally progressive country at all, it's a complete hoax. The government there is extremely corrupt and will sponsor lies saying they are doing this and that to help the environment and maybe clean up a few tourist areas. I saw the real parts of the country though and it's not pretty, incredible amounts of trash along rivers and then, as a result, on beaches. Huge amounts of pollution spewing from every vehicle on the road. Raw sewage running down gutters along the streets. Don't buy the hype, it's not true.

  6. How are your buses built? How did the steel get forged? Your hydro dams, how did the steel get forged? Coal? I love my world this is true. But how can people build steel buildings without coking coal yet? Your tractors for farming use diesel. Tractors made from steel melted to make by coal. Trucks haul this material with diesel. Buildings for the manufacturing are made from steel melted by coal. Hauled by trucks that use diesel. Made from steel melted buy coal. Mined steel by machines that are steel that was mined by machines that use diesel. Diesel made from oil that was drilled by rigs made from steel, forged by coal. Ect please get this we can't go totally green till we get past all these obstacles as well.
