It is about time that we switched to tapping an alternative energy source to ensure that we do not run out of conventional sources of energy such as fossil fuel and coal. In fact, experts tell us that within the next thirty to forty years we will have exhausted all of our oil reserves.

Wind power is the third major alternative energy source that can, when properly harnessed, provide deliverance from the present energy crisis that is bedeviling us in all parts of the world.

At present, we need to seriously consider making proper choices regarding large scale use of alternative energy sources; otherwise, we will face a calamity of immense magnitude that can threaten the very existence of mankind. No doubt, even the alternate forms of energy such as solar, wind and water are not without their drawbacks; however, given the dangerous energy situation that we are now facing, we have little option but to start using these alternative energy sources in order to ensure our survival and to also preserve the environment that too is being polluted and endangered.
