Those who are afraid of heights need not apply. Rock climber Jessica Kilroy, for one, loves the challenge of blade repair. And though she makes dangling at dizzying heights look easy, her path to becoming a wind turbine technician has been anything but that.

  2. This is now my 3rd month working for Vestas Wind North America. Hard work, but I'm loving it. I'm constantly visualizing myself one day being up there on a blade like Jessica, because of this video. It takes a LOT of training to get there. Many don't realize this.
