Effects of Noise Pollution on Whales and Dolphins

Over the last 100 years human activity in the sea has caused increased levels of noise in the ocean, giving rise to a new type of pollution, Noise Pollution. For whales and dolphins, that rely on sound to communicate, navigate and feed, increased levels of noise pollution poses a serious threat to their survival.
