  1. i think this documentary is really good but the wolf thing is just dumb. I live in Idaho and we used to have moose everywhere but we reintroduced wolfs but those wolfs weren't the same kind of wolf but these giant wolfs the size of bears and they ate all the moose.

  3. I said, keep it simple and the planet will stand for a very long time. I don't eat every day, and if I do I don't need to eat that much, I do eat meat sometimes but I can live with it whithout it. Nature gives what we need without having to raise animals. It is nothing to do with feeding the World, a great part of it goes to landfill from supermarkets without ever reaching anybodies plate, they get killed for money, not to stop hunger. Your film should have more viewers?

  4. Hey, right on, you hit the jackpot. They only tell us what we they want us to know, the TRUTH put everyone out of business

  5. I think its easier to put a blame on the human-induced industries such as transportation, fossil-fuels, oil, etc for them being more mechanically driven; than blaming animal husbandry- an industry that no one can afford to put a blame on because it deals with living entity (animals) and an "ethical" human won't ever wish to point towards a living entity and try to pull the businesses down. An individual needs something to put the blame on, it is definitely easy to blame non-living; human induced and human driven industries- palm oil, pulp and paper, oil and natural gas, air emissions from mobile sources!

  6. Excellent documentary, thanks so much, However, it would be good to see what 350.orgs Bill Mckibben would have to say and other orgs that were not mentioned doing climate action. As for there not being enough food to feed the planet, we should remember that one third of all food we produce is wasted either at home or thrown out from stores and supermarkets which is itself scandalous, plus the distribution of food is skewed in favour of those who have access via money to it…I know as I spent years working with refugees in Africa..and they for the main only ate grain, when food was not used politically i.e. being given to non-refugees for votes in Kenya. Its a complicated issue but I agree that cutting out all livestock from the agri-business is vital to combat climate change..but maybe, just maybe, their karma will get them one way or the other before its too late for the human race.

  7. So livestock is the elephant in the climate change room. But the elephant swallowed a whale… human population. We're lovely, babies are cute, sort of, but there are just too damn many of us driving cars AND barbecuing burgers.
Anyway, too late now. Nice knowing you.

  8. Our SCIENTISTS DISCOVERED A HOLE IN THE OZONE LAYER 20 YEARS AGO. THEY WERE RIGHT. It took a world wide ban on cfcs to arrest the problem. The hole is the same size it was 20 tears ago. This is why the Arctic and Antarctic warming are running away. It lets Infrared and Ultra Violet radiation hit the surface of the earth, namely the ice sheets and the ocean. Our SCIENTISTS HAVE IDENTIFIED GLOBAL WARMING AS A REAL AND IMMIDIATE THREAT TO LIFE ON EARTH. THEY ARE RIGHT. We Humans are pumping gasoline onto the fire. We pump out 30,000,000,000 tons of Co2, and now 10,000,000,000 tons of Methane is being released in the Arctic. The Arctic Ice has been pronounced DEAD by Scientists. THEY ARE RIGHT. The Earth will warm by at least 8'c within decades. This is impossible to stop. Co2 lasts for 3000 years. We are on the Brink of Extinction.  The Scientists are RIGHT.

  9. Reforestation business is the answer!!! It is the future! We need to research better reforestation techniques so we can replant and replicate natural forests 100%. There is not much competition so this means that this IS a profitable industry

  10. We need to reproduce our animals and plants!

    We NEED another Johnny Appleseed.

We CAN plant forests, and at the same time contribute to the econony. Think of animals and plants as money, that for every seed you put in the ground, you earn money.

  11. I started growing my own food three years ago with great success. But this film is eye opening to how irresponsible these supposed groups that are supposed protectors of our environment. Thank you for making this film. It is something that you should push to be screened at Sundance Film Festival and other avenues which this information can get out to everyone. I too, like you, changed my carbon footprint years ago, but also realized that it was not enough. I have always thought factory farming was the culprit. After seeing your film, and doing the research, Methane is far more dangerous. I will be sharing this with as many people as I can. It is essential to the times. Plus, people need to understand that the organizations they think are fighting climate change are not even addressing this. Thanks again David. Well done!

  12. We are reaping exactly what we sow. What's the issue? Get our cake, eat it, then be guaranteed to do it again tomorrow?

Frankly, the best most effective thing for any individual to do is jump headfirst into a wood chipper. Twenty years ago.

Now, presently, best thing is what we are doing. Having as many children as possible to use as many souls left in the queue, enjoy the fruits as there is no tomorrow.

Apparently, this is the Creator's Plan, so to do other wise is to forfeit one's heaven spot. Has to be as it is reality.

  17. This is an amazing video and I'll surely watch this again. The part when you show the deforestation in the Amazon rainforest was kinda sad to me, since the majority part is contained within my country.

  18. All of these things are important for people to know whether you are a student or teacher. We have to be aware of what we are doing to the environment, for the long haul.
