  1. I'm looking at the Bokashi composting system, it seems easier to use and you can compost meat scraps etc that you cannot use in normal composting methods.

  2. This is the first time I've heard someone else mention the use of seaweed as an addition to their compost. I live at the beach in So Cal and collect seaweed whenever I can. I'm about a year into composting and working on my 4th batch already and I am amazed at the difference in my veggies this season! I have to think that the seaweed is a big factor and I would love to find out if anyone else is doing this…
