  1. One problem that was self inflicted by the oil sands companies is that they chose to sell the oil at half world market value. Which is why they panic at low prices.

  3. low oil prices means no new projects construction companies get desperate for work then the upgraders for next 50-100 years of diluent to Valdez train or pipe
