In this video, we explore how to determine how much power a 100W solar panel will generate, what size battery and charge controller you need to store the power, and some ideas of what you can power with it and for how long. We also show you how to do the calculations for yourself to figure out what you could do with off grid solar. Note that at minute 7, we included a deration for the inverter losses. Since we are talking about what size battery is needed to put power in, not taking power out, we don’t need to do that step. The battery can be 5% smaller than we calculated.

She has an Adam's Apple?
Wow…I have read some comments here and some of you, people, are really nasty. Interestingly enough, the nasty comments all seem to come from men. Really, dudes? Very brave hiding behind your computers? I personally wouldn't take any shit from any of you and disable the comments section.
Awesome as usual! Love your channel. Thank you
is she still talking??? still not answered the question yet….
alludes to answering a single question, not a how to video
Long story short your 100 watts panel is only as reliable as your 90 amp battery. I personally would get a 200 amp so I can do more especially when the sun shines less
Why does no one actually say "It's not the solar panels that "run" anything, it's the batteries!" Everything is run on the deep cycle batteries and the solar panels recharge them during the day! If you need your batteries "fresh" every night, then, yes your panels have to be able to supply more power than you use! However, if you are camping for 2-3 days, and then back to work, you can use less wattage panels as they will probably have at least a week to recharge the batteries! As long as the batteries provide the needed power, the only other concern is the amount of time available to recharge! And, yes, I realize that the panels can help the batteries while camping, but, it is not necessary to fully charge them!
hey i want o power a stove, refrigerator and power tools how do i do it?
The average human, at rest, produces around 100 watts of power.
you're way in explaining
is fun thank you
I need Solar Training
Your hair makes your head look tiny
Is she hired by the electric utility ĉompanies? Wouldn't suprise me.
how much hair does one woman need
i am mesmerized by her hair goddamnit i had to watch this video 3 times
it amazes me, this woman is 1000 times more fascinating the kim k, 1000 times more intelligent and well dressed. society is screwed if we worship kk over someone like this.

Good to know. Thanks.
