Two degrees is the target for limiting the global temperature increase. But even that limit will have a dramatic effect on the world’s climate.

  1. We're already at 1c. We're gonna hit 2c in less than 10 years. Once that happens, positive feedback loops will kick in, which will result in an almost immediate warm up to 4c, and from then, other positive feedback loops will kick in, leading to a 6c rise. Civilization will not survive the next 50 years.

  2. Global warming is inconvenient. It does not affect us now. People have too much problems to worry about something in 20 30 40 50 years time. We only react to problems when it hits us. Anyways it's about time the human race gets wiped out. Only feel sorry for the wildlife that have to be wiped with us.

In1898 we didn’t have the emissions , cars, Planes etc. That is why from 1898 to 1998 the temp. Only rose.8 deg. So considering the gasses produced by cars, planes, etc. These pollutants are causing the change to the environment.

  4. Its no longer a question !what happens if!……..,its more of when.?

P.S World mass ice loss cannot be correlated with temperature.

  5. it can't be avoid,,,
we can only extend it, from 15 year to 50 more year…
then…… good bye to everything that a live

  6. "Could eliminate water in 85 years"? "could" with emphasis and a highly specific number – 85 sounds absurdly made up.

  7. All these statements, like "world's food production centers will become barren" without a compelling reason sound baseless.

  8. Funny that people say its "liberal propaganda" since it was john mccain and sarah palin who supported climate science…

  9. Imagine 1 million years from now another highly intelligent species evolves and they’re able to study our remains. They’ll be mind blown at how technologically advanced we became.
