  3. Wait, you knocked down two Modernist buildings to make a Modernist building?  You can see the Eisenhower Executive Building (c.1888) undergoing a retrofit in this video.  I imagine it will still be standing there when this PNC building is knocked down to build  greener green building.

  5. Seems that PNC has a penchant for sexy buildings… I live in Raleigh, NC and they own the sexiest building here in downtown Raleigh called the PNC Plaza.
