  1. I've read some systems also work as a hot water heater now that would really save you money free heat, air conditioner, and hot water. that and properly insulating a home would be well worth it. it's a 5 year return estimate far better than solar and this is a proven technology

  2. I'm sure after that woman saw all of these pipes and after him explaining her eyes probably glossed over…and then put in a gas pack heat

  3. I would much rather heat with natural gas. Heat pumps are just running your air conditioning unit all year round, high electric bill all year. Natural gas is less expensive, also having a natural gas water heater is the way to go. I will never live in an all electric home, when the power goes out you have nothing. You must have a generator.

  4. Open loops are NOT recommended.
Geo Thermal is the future of heating & cooling and domestic/H/W

  5. Save energy – save money. An energy efficient car and home saves money.
Save money by looking long term and not short term. Spending a little more for energy efficiency saves money long term.
An electric vehicle will save money over the long run. Walking, bicycling and mass transit are better yet. I had an energy efficiency audit on my home and and followed the recommendations given. I added insulation and sealed air leaks. My energy bills went down 30% the following month. I am now replacing light bulbs with LED's which are 85% more efficient. Spend a little money to save money every month after. Electric car, electric lawn mower, electric snow blower, no emissions.

  6. Life is getting more and more expensive peoples basements look like nuclear power plants full of valves , tanks, copper pipe , motors, gauges, all these moving parts one little thing goes wrong you need to get a nuclear physicist to figure things out costing you a TON of money , I guess it does bring in JOBS LOL

  7. If you want to build it yourself just google for 'inplix' . I know you will find good solutions for your idea.

  8. 400ft well … I bet that well pump is a real treat to pull when it fails … lol … not very cost effective if you ask me :o)

  9. The compressor DOES NOT pump liquid refrigerant. If you get liquid into your compressor, you're going to ruin it. Like sucking up water into your car's engine.

  10. Basic cost can be LOWEST FIRST COST to LOWEST FIRST YEAR COST.
    your welcome.

Well: Deduct the water heating system and distribution and other common components
just like the Federal Reserve Building did and the first net Zero School in KY and in the US with only 2 mil of Solar…
NOW ask a couple more questions:
    1) How do we heat hot water ON-DEMAND instantly by temperature control with our GEOThermal System?
Does that require additional loop,  more than just what we are told a water:water unit needs? (Yes It Does, if all in one Air:Water Heat Pump, because those units are like a wtr:wtr and air:water combined in one box).
DIAGOSTICS to HEAT RECOVERY 100% in Cooling Modes (NOT a "Hot Water Desuperheater Generator" but a Full-Condensing DeSuperheating PRIORITY Hot Water , or Pool or Radiant Heating system from a Water-to-Air Heat Pump…

Energy Star (TM) Most Efficient GeoThermal does NOT INCLUDE one feature: PATENTED 1981, H-T Priority Heat Recovery of making Hot Water Simultaneously in Cooling Modes (loop Pumps are "OFF" then)  Why buy Wtr:wtr plus Wtr:Air ?
The first NET ZERO SCHOOL in the country , as the Fed Resv Bldg.  all have Hydro-Temp DIAGNOSTICS and Priority Heat Recovery 100% Instant HW on Demand systems, all in one, pumps in units for decades.  http://www.  GEOPROS.org
